劇情簡介/相關花絮：
一架從洛杉磯飛往上海的國際航班，在飛越太平洋時遭遇貨艙鋰電池起火事故，安全系統接連失效，機長理查德與副機長本被迫駕駛飛機緊急迫降在海域。
機上三十餘名倖存者被困在破損的飛機殘骸上，很快發現這片海域已是鯊魚的獵場。
成群的灰鯖鯊被殘骸的血腥味吸引，不斷發動攻擊。倖存者們來自不同國家、背景各異，必須放下隔閡與猜忌，利用有限的資源搭建防禦、尋找逃生機會，在茫茫大海中與飢餓的鯊群展開殊死對抗。
