台北市一名77歲賴姓司機駕駛吊車，去年6月行經忠孝東路、新生南路口時，衝撞前方停等紅燈的3台機車，釀1死2傷悲劇，無辜的蔡姓18歲護校女學生不幸遭輾死，事後賴男卻因病逝世，刑事部分偵結不起訴，後續家屬轉往像駕駛所屬公司提告民事求償，近日一審判決出爐，家屬請求的撫養金竟被全數駁回，在庭上悲嘆「女兒白死了嗎？」法官竟冷回「對啊」，消息曝光，引發輿論炸鍋。
賴姓護校女學生遭吊車輾死，事後賴姓司機還被發現吊車相關文件竟是用女兒的駕照，由於肇事賴男事發後4個月間因病過世，刑事訴訟不予起訴，蔡母因此提告民事求償，不過民事一審判決出爐，蔡母所提的扶養金竟遭駁回。蔡母痛哭失聲，指控求償扶養金，被法官以「並非不能維持生活」全部駁回；精神撫慰金等其他賠償，法官則表示蔡母已領700萬的強制險，沒有額度再請領，不過蔡母坦言，「完全沒拿到700萬這個數字」，實際上拿到的金額僅有200萬元。
然而，讓蔡母更崩潰的是，在庭上問法官「難道我女兒就這樣白白犧牲了嗎？」法官竟冷回「對啊」，還反問「你真的有這麼傷心嗎？」讓她心痛只想頭撞桌子，「一直對不起一直哭也沒有用啊！他（法官）說，『你講你的啊，我判我的啊！你可以把你的訴求講出來，我就是全部封殺。』」

我們又陸續發現更多令人震驚的事實。
判決書上居然寫我們領了700萬的強制險，
但依法強制險是兩百萬，哪來的700萬….
我沒有拿到700萬，從頭到尾強制險只有200萬，相信這是大家都知道的常識…我很非常疑惑為何會這麼寫…
根據資料，肇事駕駛賴阿明早在民國77年，就曾因業務致死案件遭偵查起訴，並於民國78年遭法院判決，僅數個月，緩刑兩年。
